Noise Nuisance

We have received reports regarding noise issues. Please be advised that nuisance noise ( such as loud music, parties, or barking dogs) is primarily handled by the local council's Environmental Heath Team, rather than the police.

Contact your local council: Use Gov. UK Find Your Local Council Tool to report noise pollution directly to the correct authority.

Talk to your neighbor if safe , attempt to resolve the issue peacefully first.

Report as Anti-Social Behavior (ASB) If the noise is from inconsiderate behavior in a public space, you can report it via the Met Police ASB reporting tool.

Emergencies: Only call 999 if the noise is accompanied by immediate danger or criminal activity.
